Pre-call CRM lookup for an agent

POST

/api/integrations/precall

Looks the caller up in the agent's configured CRM (agents.precall_lookup) before the conversation starts and returns a normalised crm_context, template variables for {{customer.*}} and an authoritative prompt block. Never fails: returns an empty context on miss, timeout or when the module is not enabled. Salesforce only in this release.
