Purge a tenant

DELETE

/api/admin/tenants/{id}

Permanently deletes a tenant and all of its stored objects (recordings, transcripts, knowledge-base files, chat avatars), writes a deletion certificate, then removes the tenant row. Requires a confirmation matching the exact tenant name.
